The hotel's location was indeed convenient.
The mattress was of a noticeably low quality, you could feel the springs. Housekeeping did a sloppy job. They did not replenish any amenities. Used cotton pads were left by the sink and were not cleaned away.

i encountered several issues . the keycard repeatedly failed to work with the gym door, causing unnecessary delays. a staff member named dimitri even accused me of misusing the keycard, which i found quite unprofessional and dismissive. overall, the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

the location was superb. the hotel is near many attractions and transportation options. i found the room (beautiful queen room) spacious and well kept. the hotel had great facilities.
the service at times felt impersonal. i requested a specific newspaper one morning, it never arrived. also, the noise from the street was noticeable, despite the double-glazed windows (i could clearly hear the traffic).

I appreciated the central location. It made exploring very easy. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The staff was attentive, I didn't feel smothered at all.
The gym was not easily accessible. My keycard failed twice at the gym door. I found that very inconvenient. The housekeeping also missed some things. Amenities weren't always replenished.
